Allure Cottage
This self contained two bedroom cottage set in a lovely quiet loaction is ideal for couples, families, or friends travelling together. Set in 3/4 acres of natural bush, overlooking Paihia waterfront and with sea views across to Kerikeri inlet and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
The cottage is an open plan design that incorporates a well equipped kitchenette area with gas hob top, under bench fridge and a small bench top oven. The dining area has a table with seating for four guests and the lounge area includes a two seater settee and two single chairs. Unlimited high speed WiFi, 42″ Smart TV, Freeview, Movie and Youtube channels along with a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s. The bathroom has a large walk in gas heated shower. The first bedroom has a super king bed that can be split into two singles on request and the second bedroom has a queen bed.

This spacious, well equipped, self contained, three bedroom apartment is ideal for couples, families, or friends travelling together. Set in a lovely quiet location in 3/4 acres of natural bush, overlooking Paihia waterfront and with sea views across to Kerikeri inlet and the Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
The apartment incorporates a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, electric cooker, and fridge/freezer. The dining area has a table with seating for six guests and the lounge area includes a three seater settee, two seater settee (which converts to a double sofa bed) and two single chairs. Unlimited high speed WiFi, 42? Smart TV, Freeview, Movie and Youtube channels along with a DVD player and a selection of DVD’s. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine, tumble dryer, and tub. There is a separate wc. Two of the bedrooms have a queen and a single bed in each with lovely sea views. The third bedroom is a small single room.
