Please bring drinking water (approximately 2 litres per person), any personal medications such as asthma inhalers or blister protection, a sun hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, covered sandals suitable for water, shorts, a light top, and one warm top layer such as wool, merino, thermals, fleece or a soft shell. You should also bring a waterproof raincoat and one full set of warm spare clothing to change into at the end of the day.
