We offer both guided and self guided wine tours by bike, guided wine tour options include half day, full day and there are private guided biking wine tours available too. These include pick up and drop off from your accommodation, comfortable bikes and helmets, an informative guide, a muesli bar and an water bottle, all winery tasting fees . The full day tour also includes lunch at a winery restaurant ( at your own cost). The half day and full day tour options have a maximum of 8 people per tour. This is a great day out, where you experience the views, tastes and flavours of Marlborough wine to the full. Your guide will plan the route, cycling from winery to winery through stunning vineyards, allowing you to take your time and enjoy the beauty of the Marlborough wine region. You will learn a little of the history of the area and the background to growing and producing wine. The highlight will be the visit to at least six of our favourite wineries to taste some of the best wines of the region, including our world class Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. Lunch awaits you at one of the winery restaurants, which are all set in their own beautiful grounds and have a relaxed, friendly ambience – lunch is at your own cost.
We provide a bottle of water and a snack bar. You will need to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, warm top.

Along the way you’ll be inundated with spectacular views of the Richmond Range, Wither Hills, Wairau River and beautiful Marlborough vineyards.

The pace is leisurely and the biking terrain is gentle, ensuring easy riding no matter what your skill level. If you are booking as a family, we have a range of kids bikes. During the morning guided tour, you’ll stop at least 3 select wineries and have the chance to take in the incredible views of the Richmond Range, Wither Hills, Wairau River. You will wind along bike paths, quiet country roads and
through the vineyards while learning about the history Marlborough and its wine-making. Our tours are small and personal with a maximum of eight people per tour. Your guide will be with you for the morning to answer your questions and ensure you have the best possible experience.
In the afternoon, you’ll take control of the adventure, armed with your winery map and expert advice from your guide on lunch spots, wineries and routes! We will meet you back at the Vines Village at 4.30pm to take you back to your accommodation. Be prepared to taste some exceptional Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and a range of aromatics. You’ll get the best of both worlds on this tour as you soak up the knowledge of our expert guide in the morning and do your own exploring in the afternoon.

Our base at the Vines Village is within 3km of over a dozen wineries. Free transport to the Vines Village from Blenheim and Renwick accommodation is included with all full day bike hire meaning you can just relax and enjoy your day.
We have safe off-road parking and an on-site café where you can pick up a picnic lunch or a drink before your adventure begins. The terrain is flat, the biking is easy and the scenery is stunning. They want a fun, easy tour of the vineyards that allows them time to travel or do something different for the rest of the day. This guided half day tour bikes to three of Marlborough’s premium wineries, stopping at one of them for a platter lunch. We ride along country roads, river stop-banks and through vineyards. You are our guest, not a number on the back seat of a mini bus. We give you a unique experience, tailored to suit you, not a set standard outing with set standard stops. If you love Riesling, we know just the right spot for you, and if you love Sauvignon Blanc, you’ll love it even more when you taste it with us, whether it’s an iconic label you know well, or a limited release single vineyard Sauvignon from the smallest boutique winery. We’ll take you to a private tasting or a winery tour, where you’ll learn things you didn’t know you didn’t know. Then, just as your palate is tiring, we’ll whip you off for a vineyard lunch to refresh it for the afternoon (lunch is at the clients cost) .

We have an extensive local wine knowledge and as a result we can tailor the tour to the clients preference for a certain wine variety or their request to visit a specific local winery. We have a flexible itinerary based on clients interests
We will pick you up from your Blenheim or Renwick accommodation (approx 9.30am) and drop you off (approx 1.30pm) so that you are free to enjoy the day to the full. Picton pick up is available for $40pp.
